The Challenge
LNC Services was brought in during the final stages of a residential development project involving a block of 35 flats, alongside communal corridors and reception areas.
An issue caused by a service valve not being turned off had resulted in approximately a month’s worth of completed works needing to be stripped out and reinstated. This placed the project under immediate pressure, leaving only ten days to complete a full builders clean across the development ahead of handover.
The situation required careful coordination between multiple teams on site, including construction contractors, waste removal operatives, and cleaners, all working within the same environment under extremely tight deadlines.
This was not a routine builder's clean. It was a time-sensitive recovery project where speed, organisation, and coordination were critical to keeping the development on track.
