Who Are We?

Hello, thanks for visiting our website and taking the time to find out more about LNC Services.  

After starting our working life in high end hospitality we found the life of long and unsociable hours wasn’t going to work for 2 dads with a young sons about to start school. So one of us moved across to facilities services, the other to high end sales positions, and after working for several great companies between us, we decided to take a leap of faith and start our own company. 

Our main aim being that we’d offer the best possible service available, taking the best parts from all aspects of our former working lives, customer service skills and managing customer expectation from our hospitality days (we was once the customer of such services), to the knowledge and know how from our more recent roles, and then by combining the two we could build a team of well trained and well engaged employees, from cleaners to pest control operatives, highly skilled mobile area supervisors to tradesmen and women. 

We offer services which include regular contract cleaning, construction work, pest control programmes, carpet shampooing and hard floor deep cleaning, one-off builders cleans, IT deep cleans and much more. 

All these services come with full break down and transparency of costs, public and employee liability insurance certificates, COSHH risk assessments, material data safety sheets, our H&S, environmental and quality policies all made available, all staff enhanced DBS checked and working on a London Living Wage (not minimum wage) in line with the living wage foundation, and all work managed and overseen by us personally. 

Proactive

We are proactive, as opposed to reactive. We love to plan monthly visits with both our clients and our cleaners to check in and ensure expectations are met. We create routine reports and audits for the client and strive to address all issues as quickly as possible. Our job isn’t complete until our client is happy.

Transparent

Every site we work on will get a personalised cleaning specification with a full cost breakdown. This will highlight what we pay the cleaners, what costs are incurred from products and what profit we make. We do this to ensure absolute transparency for our clients, so you know what to expect. 


Ethical

We pride ourselves on our impeccable business strategy, where we not only put our clients at the forefront of our efforts, but our employees are equally as important.
We strive to pay our staff the Living Wage, as opposed to the minimum wage where possible. We try to be much more ethical than our competitors within the industry. We ensure fair pay for well-trained staff, we use sustainable products, and we charge fair prices.
